Sample Diabetic Menus

THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL DIABETIC MEAL PLAN!! You should always be conscience of what you're eating and a low-carb diet will go a long way in helping to keep your diabetes under control. Use these meal plans responsibly and don't consume anything that you may be allergic to.

The menus shown below have been specially produced by My Diabetic Kitchen. They contain 30% of calories from fat and are calorie controlled from 1200-2000 calories per day. Please ask your doctor before making major changes to your diet.
