- 2-3 slices of bacon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
- Beat milk and eggs together until frothy.
- Mix in salt and fresh cracked pepper.
- Set aside.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat.
- Place bacon in hot pan and fry until crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
- Leave 1 teaspoon of bacon fat in pan and remove the rest.
- Add beaten eggs to pan and cook, stirring, until eggs are set.
